It was my first time exploring Tabanan and I’m so amazed with this place. We were having a shoot at Alila Villa Soori with Dodo from Axioo & Sweet Escape. It took us around two hours driving from Seminyak area and it was quite a long rural road to go. Their location is quite remote and not commercialized. We passed through so many beautiful paddy fields along the way, which you can check here.

We found so many cool spot to shoot and this amazing palm trees is one of them. I might look relaxed on these pictures, but trust me, I was sweating like crazy! I tried to stay cool & give my best for the photoshoot while Irene & Kalvin were busy hiding under the shadows. Dodo stay calmed as if he felt nothing, I guess he’s getting used to the Bali heat. Even so, we really did a fun shoot and everyone were happy with the experience.

This Bali trip is very memorable for the three of us. As this is our first trip together as a team. We stayed together for 7 days and it brings us closer than ever. We found out many different things that we haven’t see from each other before. The three of us have a totally different preference on breakfast. I always prefer local food like chicken congee, fried rice, fried noodle, and nasi bali. On the other hand, Irene loves bread like a kid loves iPad! She ordered bakery set for 7 days in a row and kept telling us that she loves bread over and over again! Lastly, Kalvin is too lazy to choose and let us pick anything for him. I’ve known Irene for about 5 years now, but we’ve never been this close before. We always do common girls’ stuff like sharing stories, sleepover, shopping etc but this trip has changed our relationship a lot. It brought us even more closer than ever and know each other better.
