Batik is one of Indonesian Cultural Heritage that we should be proud of. I always assume that batik is only suitable for traditional / formal clothing for the older generation. My perception has changed as there are plenty of young talented designers who transform batik in a very modern way. The name of the batik print that I’m wearing here is Mega Mendung. This pattern represents the cloud in the sky. Mega means Cloud & Mendung means Cool breeze.
